Sofiane Benhaddad
Product Development Manager, Ph.D., P.Eng.
Dr. Sofiane Benhaddad joined Endurance Technologies in July 2025 as Product Development Manager. He holds a Ph.D. from University of Paris XI. He brings over 25 years of experience in materials science and engineering. He has obtained in-depth experience and sound knowledge of various materials in different challenging applications with strong expertise in steels and their coatings and other high temperature alloys.
Before joining Endurance Technologies, he had spent over 23 years at Fuel Cell Energy as manager responsible for materials selection, coating development, root cause analysis and analytical lab activities. He has co-authored over 20 publications and communications and contributed to 2 US patents.
