When Endurance Technologies Inc. (ETI) was formed in 1993, a key goal of the organization was to ensure that we consistently deliver quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure that we can meet this goal every member of the leadership team has extensive experience in their fields, which will ensure strong governance and accountability as we continue to grow both domestically and internationally.
Jeff Pitura
CEO and President
Jeff Pitura joined Endurance Technologies Inc. on March 07, 2017 as the Director of Corporate Business reporting to the President. He was promoted to Chief Operating officer on January 01, 2020 and then President and CEO on September 01, 2020. Jeff started his oilfield career in 1983 working as a floorhand on a Beaver drilling rig throughout western Canada.
Vanessa Thain
Chief Financial Officer
Vanessa Thain joined Endurance Technologies Inc. in July 2018. Vanessa started her finance career in public practice working for a Big Four accounting and was a Senior Manager prior to joining Endurance Technologies.
Steven Tait
Director of Operations
Steve came to Endurance Technologies in May 2011 and is a Professional Engineer. He brings to Endurance over 28 years of experience and proven success in management, project management, process improvement, product enhancement and maintenance planning.
Richard Stephens
Director of Sales & Corporate Services
Richard joined Endurance Technologies in April 2017 and is currently the Director of Sales & Corporate Services. Richard brings more than 20 years of experience in business development and operations across a range of industries with the majority of his time spent in the oil and gas industry. He brings his comprehensive experience in strategy, sales team development, and operations management to the Endurance Technologies team.
Diana Aguirre
Quality Assurance Manager
Diana joined Endurance Technologies in June 2011, her early contributions as Manufacturing and Project Engineer to her current position as the Quality Assurance Manager were instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency while upholding highest quality standards.
Nicole Rarick
Supply Chain Manager
Nicole joined Endurance Technologies Inc. in September 2016 in the inaugural position of Supply Chain Manager and contributes over 25 years of supply chain experience from the energy industry.
Paul MacLeod
Global Sales Manager
Paul joined Endurance Technologies Inc. in May 2022 as the Business Development Representative for the United States and was promoted to Sales Manager – Global in 2023. With over 20 years of sales and service experience across various industries, Paul has dedicated nearly a decade specializing in wear, abrasion, and corrosion solutions within the oil and gas sector. Paul's role frequently takes him across the United States and around the globe, wherever oil and gas are produced, as he works to optimize client operations from board rooms to the field offices.
Dillon Hyde
Finance Manager
Dillon Hyde joined Endurance Technologies Inc. on February 7, 2022, bringing with him a wealth of leadership, analytical, and financial reporting experience. Dillon honed these skills during his tenure as a Senior Accountant for a Big Four accounting firm, where he navigated various industries, including oil and gas services and production, manufacturing, financial services, and non-profit organizations.
Jim Stewart
Quality Engineer
Jim has been with Endurance Technologies since March 2000. His responsibilities have included design of equipment, specification of process parameters, quality assurance, and research and development.
