Diana joined Endurance Technologies in June 2011, her early contributions as Manufacturing and Project Engineer to her current position as the Quality Assurance Manager were instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency while upholding highest quality standards.

Diana has a Master's degree in Environmental Design, specializing in Industrial Design, a Bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Project Management Certification. She combines a profound understanding of design principles with a strategic approach to manufacturing processes. Her educational journey, spanning institutions like the University of Calgary in Canada and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico.

With 20 years of experience in engineering and quality management, Diana began her industry journey as a Service Manager at BMW in Mexico, overseeing customer service operations. Her passion for engineering and design led her to roles such as Process Engineer and Product Designer at renowned companies like Haworth Inc. and Gienow Windows and Doors in Canada, where she spearheaded projects aimed at process optimization, product redesign, and quality enhancement.

Her strategic oversight has played a pivotal role in maintaining product excellence and customer satisfaction.
