Our proprietary process significantly increases the surface hardness of most materials used in centrifugal pumps. The extremely hard surface provides excellent resistance to erosive solids commonly encountered in many pumping environments. The new alloy surface has a hardness of up to 80-90 Rockwell C, is very dense and provides excellent protection in corrosive and abrasive environments.
