Fred Chinski, President and Chief Executive Officer
Fred Chinski is President, Chief Executive Officer, a Director and the founder of Endurance Technologies Inc. Fred was responsible for developing the CVD technology for diffusion alloying down hole production tubing and casing for the oilfield as well as a number of products developed for use in the coal fired utility sector.
Fred also designed and fabricated the high temperature furnaces for processing extended tubular lengths, the rolling and straightening equipment and other custom equipment enabling out current production processes.
Prior to the inception of Endurance Technologies Inc., Fred was employed by Mogas Industries and Securamax International as North American Sales Manager.
Fred provides over 25 years of experience in the oilfield, coal fired power utilities and refining industries.
Peter Kneeland, Vice-President Finance
Peter Kneeland, Vice President Finance and Corporate Secretary, joined Endurance Technologies in 1998. Peter is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, administration, and corporate planning including the preparation of annual operating budgets.
From 1996 to 1998 Peter served as Vice President Finance of Dynafrac Well Services and the Valens Group of Companies and prior to 1996 was Vice President Finance of Norjet Geotechnologies Inc.
Peter holds a CGA designation and has a MBA and BSc.
Steven Tait, Plant Manager
Steve brings to Endurance 17 years of experience and proven success in management, project management, process improvement, product enhancement and maintenance planning. He also has custom designed and built several manufacturing facilities utilizing his detailed working knowledge of civil works, refrigeration technology and mechanical systems. Steve excels in identifying and building strong successful teams, promoting lean cultures and process stabilization. Steven graduated from the University of Northumberland in England with honors in electrical and electronic engineering.
Jim Johnson, Business Development Manager
Jim brings to Endurance 30 years of successful key account and sales management experience. A consultative solution oriented approach to sales allowed Jim to consistently exceed business development targets. Jim has worked in the Oil and Gas industry for the last 15 years with Shaw Pipe Protection and Hallmark Tubulars Ltd. He also possesses a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.
John McFarland, Corporate Business Director
John McFarland is the Corporate Business Director for Endurance Technologies. He has more than twenty-five years experience in the Oil Refining, Chemical, Petrochemical and Gas Processing Industries. John was President and CEO of Dantec Corporation for ten years and prior to that was President and General Manager of Ensr Operations Canada Ltd. He spent many years in Canada and the USA with Norton Chemical Process Products (now St. Gobain Norpro).
John studied Mechanical Engineering at Belfast Technical College in his native Northern Ireland and has an Executive Development Diploma from Babson College Mass. USA.
Jim Stewart, Quality Engineer
Jim Stewart has served as Manager of QC and R&D since February 2000. Jim is responsible for designing of equipment, quality assurance and research and development.
Jim is a P Eng. in mechanical engineering with a strong work background in manufacturing environments. Prior to 2000 Jim was a Product Engineer (Engineering Supervisor) at Standen’s Limited and prior to 1991 a Computer Programmer at Software Dynamics.
